Refunds Policy

recvr's Free plan is available at no cost. No payment information is required, and no refunds apply.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a full refund if appropriate.

Annual plans may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of the annual period.

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages, billing errors). Requests submitted more than 60 days after the charge will not be considered.

Email billing@recvr.xyz with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
