Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly — such as your email address when you sign up or join the waitlist. We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

Webhook payloads captured through your recvr endpoint are stored securely and associated with your account. We do not read, analyze, or share the contents of your payloads except to provide the service or as required by law.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the recvr service
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, security alerts)
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases. Webhook payloads larger than 100KB are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Webhook payload data is automatically deleted according to your plan retention limits. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax). We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

We use the following third-party services to operate recvr:

• Neon / Supabase — PostgreSQL database hosting
• Cloudflare R2 — large payload storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their services.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@recvr.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
